I am trying to trace relatives of my Grandmother Ada Ellison...She was born in 1873.
Her Father was George Ellison and her Mother was Mary Wood.
Her Brothers and Sisters were...
John William- Walter- Willoughby- Clara- Bertha and George.
Father George was born in Bradfield, and the whole Ellison family were filecutters by trade. Can anyone help?

Hi Cal,
I am not sure what information you already have but I can help with census stuff. Do you have the marriage cert for George and Mary? This will help in finding their families but I believe the parents of George were Charles and Mary Ellison.
I have tracked down the marriages for Ada's siblings apart from Bertha which I am not sure about but you may already have these.
Unfortunately I can't help with more recent research except BMDs.

Hi Kate,
I have found out about my Grandmothers siblings, but the strange thing is that my late Mother was only told of her Uncle Willoughby Ellison, who was a soldier in the Boar war. None of his siblings were ever spoke about! If there are any relatives out their, maybe we could share some photo's

Thanyou for your help

Regards...Cal
